Classic Catering

Located in St. Aidan Activity Center
  1. All charges are subject to a 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity on all food and
    beverages served.
  2. There is a $150.00 room rental charges for all banquets.
  3. Dinner banquets shall not exceed 6 hour duration - Lunch banquets not to
    exceed 4 hours.
  4. Extended hours are available by special arrangements and additional
    charges are as follows:
  • $1.50/person for an additional half hour
  • $2.50/person for an additional hour
  • $4.00/person for an additional 2 hours
  1. All activities shall cease at time specified and building will be vacated within
    one half hour.
  2. Additional side dish, vegetable, potato, salad is an additional $1.50/person
  3. Additional entree is $2.50/person
  4. A coat check is available for an additional $50.00
  5. All food and beverages (with the exception of alcohol) must be provided by
    Classic Catering.
  6. The client understands that they are totally responsible for the actions of their
    guests.  Damages to the premises or equipment are the responsibility of the
    representative making arrangements with Classic Catering
  7. No tape, tacks, nails, or staples to be used on the walls.  All arrangements for
    decorating must be made in advance with Classic Catering
  8. Classic Catering is not responsible for any lost or damaged articles
  9. A $150.00 deposit is required to hold the room to guarantee your date
  10. Five days prior to the event the client is required to have the total balance of
    the guaranteed number paid in full.  In the event a function exceeds that
    number the difference must be paid immediately after the function.
  11. Two weeks prior to the event the client must contact Classic Catering with
    their menu selections and confirmed number of guests.  No reductions in
    guaranteed figures will be accepted less than 5 days perior to the event.
  12. All payments must be made in cash or cashiers check or money order.
  13. In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be awarded 1 month prior to the
    event.  Less than 1 month the $150.00 deposit will be forfeited.
